As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Solution Engineer SCCM/Intune, providing expert support in endpoint management and enterprise solutions.

Solution Engineer SCCM/Intune

Job Description

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune).

• Manage Windows device lifecycle including patching, software distribution, and asset tracking.

• Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.

• Collaborate with security teams to enforce device compliance and data protection policies.

• Support BYOD and corporate device enrollment and policy deployment.

• Troubleshoot and optimize endpoint management system performance.

• Travel to client offices when required and provide on-site technical support.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune architecture and features.

• Proficient in Windows client management and PowerShell scripting.

• Understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Windows Autopilot, and related technologies.

• Prior experience in enterprise-scale endpoint management is preferred.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel for work engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-500).

• Experience managing cross-platform devices (iOS, Android, macOS).
