Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are completed accurately and on time.

  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (DMS / WMS / SAP).

  • Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.

  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.

Documentation & System Updates

  • Prepare and verify warehouse-related documents such as GRN, delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports.

  • Ensure timely and accurate system transactions for all warehouse movements.

  • Support audit requirements and compliance checks.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement).

  • Coordinate deliveries and collections to meet operational schedules.

  • Handle dealer or customer inquiries related to stock availability and order status.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

  • Monitor proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods.

  • Report any safety incidents or operational risks promptly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.

  • Support system enhancements and operational improvements as required.

Job Requirements

  • Working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

  • Experience with inventory systems (WMS / SAP / DMS) is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
