• Issue and endorse processing for all products
• Responsible for Policy/Endorsement issuance and any other functions within Policy Processing within the set SLA
• Follow up with Business Units/Branches on incomplete documentation/information for policy/endorsement issuance
• Promptly respond to Business Unit/Branches inquiries relating to Policy Servicing matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOP/regulatory guidelines/company policies.
• To perform testing on new products/enhancements to be implemented
• To attend to inquiries from customers (internal/external)
• Counter related:
• To attend to walk-in customers/intermediaries' inquiries/requests as per the agreed service level.
• Handle complaints by walk-in customer over-the-counter
• Any other matters/tasks assigned when required.
