We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics, Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock management. To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate should have demonstrated few years of experience in monitoring stock movement, supporting stock counts and audits, a strong ability to resolve inventory discrepancies, ability to transform and improve warehouse management processes and to ensure overall inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• To plan and develop a warehouse and logistic strategy to improve the current warehouse workflow, storage, resource allocation, SOP and processes.
• To manage and oversee daily logistic and warehouse operation but not limited to managing inventory, conduct physical inventory count, perform stock receiving, replenishment and dispatch, picking, packing, quality check etc).
• To develop KPIs and implement action plans to improve customer satisfaction with related to warehouse and logistic area.
• To ensure a systematic warehouse and logistic operation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• To introduce best practices in warehouse operations.
• To ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyse inventory trends, identity and address roof causes of inventory issues by implementing correction action and improvement.
• To ensure inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and inventory lead time
• Prepare reports relating to inventory, warehouse performance, and operational issues
• Other ad-hoc duties relating to Warehouse and logistics assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse/Logistic System.
• At least 3-5 years experience in logistics/warehouse function with a comprehensive knowledge of warehouse/logistics processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1.00 - RM1.20 per month
