Responsibilities:

A QC Inspector ensures product quality by detecting defects early, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements, maintaining consistency and reducing rejects, rework and complaints while supporting smooth production.

1. Inspection and Monitoring

a) Conduct in-process inspections at critical stages.

b) Verify raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.

2. Use of Standards and Specifications

a) Follow approved specifications, drawings, and SOPs.

b) Ensure measurements and checks meet defined criteria.

3. Documentation and Reporting

a) Record inspection results accurately.

b) Report any non-conformance promptly to production and management.

4. Corrective Actions

a) Work with production to identify root causes.

b) Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

5. Continuous Improvement

a) Provide feedback to improve process efficiency and quality.

b) Help reduce recurring defects.

Qualification :

• Minimum PMR/SPM
• Able to work on shifts
• Minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing company
• Hardworking, disciplined, and dedicated
• Willing to work overtime
