Responsibilities
WE’RE HIRING: COORDINATOR (OPERATIONAL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & DIGITALIZATION)
Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Salary: Up to RM3,000
Contract: 6 Months

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Support system setup & digital platform (myDSV, RAFT, etc.)
Maintain & update customer data in system
Convert manual processes into digital workflows
Ensure data accuracy, consistency & completeness
Prepare reports for analysis & improvement
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Role mix: Data + Admin + Digital Transformation
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Diploma holder (any field)
1–2 years experience (advantage)
Fresh grads with good attitude are welcome
Strong attention to detail & data accuracy
Good communication & teamwork
Basic Excel / system handling skills
