Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
This role requires a motivated and results-oriented individual with a keen understanding of sales operations and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure consistent sales and long-term relationships.
2) Identify and acquire new customers through site visits, referrals, and networking activities.
3) Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to both new and existing clients.
4) Provide professional customer service, including timely follow-ups and after-sales support.
5) Ensure all customer invoices and payments are up to date according to due dates.
6) Maintain and update customer databases including contact information, purchase history, and payment records.
7) Analyze customer sales data to identify buying patterns and potential growth areas.
8) Plan and implement modern trade sales strategies to increase brand reach and market share.
9) Monitor sales performance by customer, brand, and salesperson, and initiate follow-up actions when required.
10) Assist in preparing monthly sales reports for the Modern Trade Sales Manager.
11) Conduct daily sales activities and report progress to management.
12) Participate in meetings and product training sessions to enhance sales performance and product knowledge.
13) Oversee product returns and expiries according to company policies.
14) Negotiate with customers to secure favorable pricing and sales terms for both parties.
15) Represent the company in sales-related matters within or outside the assigned area as needed.
Requirements
1) Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2) At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, trading, or distribution industries.
3) Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
