Position: Content Creator
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across multiple social media platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging photo and video content related to food, catering services, and events. You will also engage with online audiences and support marketing initiatives to attract new customers and strengthen brand visibility.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and hands-on creative work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, create, and publish creative content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
2) Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos of food, menus, catering services, and events
3) Manage and engage with audiences on the company’s social media platforms
4) Develop content ideas to attract new customers and retain existing audiences
5) Schedule and ensure consistent content posting to improve engagement and visibility
6) Respond professionally to comments, messages, and customer enquiries
7) Write engaging captions and optimise content performance using basic SEO and platform strategies
8) Monitor content performance and analyse engagement data
9) Coordinate photo and video shoots with the catering team at event locations
10) Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support campaigns and business objectives

Requirements

1) Basic skills in photography, videography, and video editing|
2) Familiar with social media platforms
3) Able to use editing tools
4) Creative mindset with good storytelling and visual sense
5) Experience in food, catering, or event-related content is an advantage
6) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
