Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Supervise, coach, and motivate Spa Therapists to achieve performance targets
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Support spa promotions, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety procedures
Prepare operational reports and assist management with performance reviews and improvements

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, or therapy operations
Prior supervisory or Head Therapist experience preferred
International beauty therapy qualification or equivalent certification
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passionate about guest service and wellness hospitality
Knowledge of spa treatments, hygiene, and operational procedures
Computer literate with good administrative skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
