Management Trainee programme is an intensive 9-month curriculum held in Singapore, to develop budding talents to support the Group’s growth strategy. Under the programme, trainees will learn under the tutelage of esteemed mentors across different functions on the know-how, knowledge transfer as well as replicating the best practices in Singapore to the respective countries where YCH operates to strengthen our culture, vision, and values regionally.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
2. Fresh graduate with great passion in warehouse and Logistics operations are encourage to apply.
3. Self-driven, dynamic and eager to learn.
4. Team player and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
5. Applicant must be willing to travel to Shah Alam or Penang
