• Lead and supervise daily brick manufacturing activities.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor brick production processes including mixing, molding, curing, drying, and stacking.
• Coordinate machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting with maintenance personnel.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials and scheduled waste (if applicable).
• Monitor product quality to ensure bricks meet required specifications and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate corrective actions for defective products.
• Ensure all workers comply with company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, CIDB, and other relevant Malaysian regulations.
• Supervise production operators and general workers.
• Conduct daily briefings and assign manpower effectively.
• Train and guide employees on work procedures and safety practices

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
