Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior IAM Manager to lead IAM managed services and delivery operations for enterprise clients. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong experience in IAM/PAM operations, service delivery, team management and client stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will manage resources, service quality, SLAs, reporting, delivery risks and operational improvements while helping grow the IAM managed services function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IAM managed service delivery and support operations.
- Manage onshore and offshore resources across a sizeable operations team.
- Oversee project schedules, financials, risks, issues and change requests.
- Manage SLAs, response times, reporting and service performance across multiple clients.
- Act as a key escalation point for client service delivery issues.
- Ensure services are delivered, implemented and billed accurately and on time.
- Develop and improve policies, procedures, SOPs and operational governance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts for changes in business needs, goals, usage and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow the IAM managed services function.
- Work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managed services, support operations or IAM service delivery.
- Experience managing an onshore/offshore operations team.
- Familiarity with IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk or Micro Focus.
- Strong experience managing SLAs, service targets, reporting and client escalations.
- Experience working with large enterprise or global clients.
- Strong project management and delivery experience.
- Ability to create policies, procedures, SOPs and operational documentation.
- Excellent communication, commercial awareness and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- IAM, PAM or cybersecurity consulting experience.
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people.
- ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISA or equivalent certifications.
- Experience growing a managed services or support function.
- Experience with FTSE 250, multinational or large enterprise clients.
Pay: From RM15,000.00 per month
