1) Responsible for building maintenance work in premise

2) Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies

3) Submit weekly and monthly reports and others related checklist

4) Monitor and carry out daily routine checks on operations of building facilities

5) To ensure servicing contractor carry out proper maintenance and check on their servicing works

6) Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, painting and other repair works in the premises

7) Assist other duties assigned by manager from time to time

8) Standby to attend emergencies
