Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
· Daily up keeping of stock level of sub material record. Request for replenishment
· if the stock level is low.
· Arrange the distribution of work / purchase order and other documents to individual department.
· Updating the work order status to production from time to time.
· Arrangement of work order closing.
· Arrangement for all carton labels to production.
· Ensure all jobs meet the quality & time requirement efficiency to upgrade from time to time.
Arrangement for Carton Supply
· Issue the request for packing material form to warehouse.
· Request quotation from carton supplier; negotiate the price with the supplier.
· Make arrangement for delivery & receiving schedule.
Replenishment of Material
· Check stock level including sub material; make sure the stock level is sufficient for production requirement.
· Issue Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order upon approved.
· Confirm the order after approved by Department Head with signature.
· Arrangement for delivery time.
· Receive the material & check according to Purchase Order.
· Close the order by submitting the P.R, P.O D. O & Invoice to Account Dept/ Delivery Dept.
· Issue the Good Return Note to supplier if the goods received found not in acceptable quality/ not in correct quantity.
Arranging of Outwork
· Prepare Outwork D.O. / Outwork Pass Out Note
· Make arrangement for delivery, receiving schedule, collection & updating the status of sub-con jobs to PPNC & production.
· Closing the Sub Con for manual jobs to Accounts Dept
Authority:
· Issuing related documents for Purchasing and PP&C function.
Academic, Working Experience And Skills :
· STPM/ Diploma in administrative / management
. 1- 2 years related working experience.
· Good coordination, communication and quality control work skills in manufacturing processes.
. Able to work immediately without serve notice period.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
