Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on AI Implementation & Automation Specialist to drive AI adoption, workflow automation, and process optimisation across the organisation. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline business processes, and implement practical AI-powered solutions that support business growth and operational effectiveness

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to improve business efficiency and support operational growth.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across business processes and workflows.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions for business application.
• Build, test, and implement AI tools such as automation workflows, chatbots, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Support internal teams in the adoption and effective utilisation of AI tools and applications.
• Monitor and analyse AI initiatives to improve performance, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-driven systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI technologies.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business process optimisation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about AI technologies, automation trends, and innovative business solutions.
