As a Kitchen Helper, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen brigade, working alongside experienced chefs and contributing to the preparation of quality dishes. You will assist in crafting meals that delight our guests while building your culinary skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with Head and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage and organize your workstation, ensuring ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
• Support inventory checks and assist with stock rotation to maintain kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required for Commis
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong foundation in culinary techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• High attention to detail, eagerness to learn, teamwork-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
