Position : Corporate Planning Executive

Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Planning Executive to support corporate strategy development, business growth initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. This role integrates legal, financial, and strategic planning support to drive organizational development, compliance, and international expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support corporate compliance activities
• Assist in reviewing contracts, identifying risks, and supporting dispute resolution processes
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify business growth opportunities
• Support the development of corporate strategies for market expansion and revenue growth
• Assist in financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure alignment of corporate objectives
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives and maintain proper documentation
• Assist in identifying and managing international partnerships and collaboration opportunities
• Liaise with overseas stakeholders to align business goals across regions
• Support ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, legal, finance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret legal and financial information
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or strategic planning is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
