• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, and goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Properly label, record, and store all inventory items in designated locations
• Issue materials, tools, and components to production based on approved requisitions
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and perform regular stock updates
• Conduct routine stock counts and assist in monthly / quarterly stock take
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or damaged goods to management
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and quality teams on material flow and discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse area
• Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and ISO / quality requirements (if applicable)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Secondary school or equivalent; warehouse experience is an advantage
• 1–3 years experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory control (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or ERP is an advantage
• Able to handle physical work and work in a manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail, responsible, and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory system)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
