Account & Admin Executive
Role Purpose
To manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliation, taxation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth financial control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial reports, ageing reports, cash flow updates, and management reporting.
- Monitor customer ageing, outstanding collections, supplier payments, and account balances.
- Manage bank-related matters including merchant facilities, loan documentation, banking transactions, and finance coordination.
- Handle e-Invoicing, SST/tax documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting requirements.
- Assist auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and external parties during audits or submissions.
- Prepare official letters and documentation for authorities, banks, management offices, and government-related matters.
- Maintain proper filing system and accounting documentation.
- Support general admin operations and management tasks when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in full set accounts and financial reporting.
- Knowledge in reconciliation, GL, ageing, tax, and e-Invoicing.
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate professionally with banks, auditors, and authorities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
