Location: Dato Onn, Johor Bahru | Double Happiness Asia Foods

Salary: RM7,000 – RM10,000

Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

1. Operations Planning & Daily Execution

Oversee and manage daily factory and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow, efficient production scheduling, and timely delivery. Monitor operational performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.

2. Production & Inventory Coordination

Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure sufficient raw materials, packaging, and stock availability. Ensure production schedules align with customer demand and delivery timelines.

3. Team Leadership & Workforce Management

Lead and supervise operational staff to maintain productivity, discipline, and teamwork. Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

4. Process Improvement & Efficiency Control

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce wastage, optimize manpower utilization, and improve operational cost control while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance Management

Ensure all operations comply with food safety standards, halal requirements, company SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and operational hygiene.

6. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers, distributors, and retailers. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve operational delays effectively.

7. Factory Maintenance & Operational Coordination

Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure factory machines, equipment, and production facilities are operating efficiently and safely. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and maintain smooth factory operations.

8. Budget Control & Cost Management

Monitor operational expenses and manage departmental budgets effectively. Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and product quality.

9. Problem Solving & Operational Support

Handle operational challenges such as machine breakdowns, manpower shortages, production delays, and urgent customer requests. Ensure quick decision-making and effective problem resolution.

10. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze productivity performance. Continuously improve operational systems, processes, and team performance to support company growth.

What We’re Looking For:

-Age 30 – 45 years old

-Malaysian citizen

-Diploma / Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

-4–6 years of working experience in operations or manufacturing environment (food industry experience is an advantage)

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

-Good communication and coordination skills

-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

-Own transport is required
