Responsibilities
Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Baker to join our kitchen in International School in Seksyen U13, Shah Alam.
In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.
Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
- Possess minimum Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants
- Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.
- Positive and inviting attitude
- Can work flexible working hours
- Enjoy working around children and adults
- Passionate about food!
- Positive and inviting attitude - you will need to engage and have conversations with customers.
- Self-motivated and can work with the team
- Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate and Vaccination Certificate (2 dose + Booster)
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals
- Inventory control system
- Ability to work a responsible individual
- General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
- Great Physical condition
- Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to handle pressure well
- Maintain great customer feedback
- Taste the food
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Work quickly and under time constraints
