Job Purpose
Manage daily kiosk operations, including preparing drinks and food, handling stock, maintaining cleanliness, and providing good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the kiosk daily
- Prepare and serve beverages using a coffee machine
- Handle ready-to-eat food such as pastries, sandwiches, and kuih
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and replenish supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Assist customers and handle feedback professionally
- Manage vending machines, including stock and maintenance
- Support setup and operations of new kiosk outlets
- Handle daily cash collection, payments, and basic reporting
- Keep sales and inventory records updated
- Coordinate with suppliers and management for smooth operations
- Ensure equipment is working properly and report issues
- Support improvements in customer service and sales
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in café or F&B operations
- Basic barista skills (semi-automatic coffee machine preferred)
- Experience in stock and outlet operations
- Good communication skills in English and BM (Mandarin is a plus)
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
