Role Overview
Provide premium customer support to B2B clients via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls & email support for B2B clients (ANZ market)
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
- Record and update cases in CRM systems
- Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution/escalation
- Meet SLA and KPI targets consistently
- Maintain professionalism and high service standards
Requirements
- SPM (1 year experience) OR Diploma/Degree (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong English proficiency (C1 level)
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Able to work ANZ hours (4:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Mon–Fri, shift-based)
