Job Overview
Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in customer service, F&B, or sales are preferred. We are seeking a versatile candidate who enjoys communicating, good command in English and negotiation skills who can communicate well. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while effectively communicating with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR data management.
- Handle HR onboarding activities, including travelling to client sites to support and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Handle employee negotiations, conflict resolution, and performance discussions with professionalism.
- Support HR systems and processes (Front-End: employee interactions, queries; Back-End: data management, reporting, compliance).
- Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fast learner, proactive, and willing to learn
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Outspoken and outgoing, enjoy interacting with people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
