Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the flexibility to work from home periodically. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and developing strategic relationships with clients. The Business Development Specialist will also focus on improving customer engagement and advocating for solutions that meet client needs while aligning with the company's vision.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, data analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills for ensuring client satisfaction and understanding their needs
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in business development within Govtech, Fintech, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
