Responsibilities
1. Responsible for enriching travelling information about overseas Points of Interest (POI), including tourist highlights, guide maps, sub-attractions, etc. Taking responsibility for the richness of POI information.
2. Define data standards, establish a quality assessment system, and create regular monitoring mechanisms to measure the current status of data metrics.
3. Develop data production strategies, collaborate with annotation and algorithm teams, introduce more sources, and optimize algorithms to continuously improve data coverage and quality, and reduce labor costs.
4. Cooperate with user product managers to enrich C-end content (such as tags/travel guides) ,and enhance users' penetration of visits on merchant details pages. Focus on downstream data usage scenarios, actively collect, analyze, and respond to business requirements. Take responsibility for downstream usage metrics of the data.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in product operations, strategy, operations management or related roles at internet companies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product operation projects, optimizing business processes and driving core business indicators through data analysis and project execution.
  • Strong ownership, learning agility and execution ability; able to quickly adapt to business changes and independently deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills; able to align stakeholders such as product, algorithm and business teams to promote project implementation.
  • Strong data sensitivity and structured thinking; able to use data to locate problems, track effects and support operational decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the travel industry, LBS, local services or e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience collaborating with algorithm teams to promote operational strategy landing or product optimization is preferred.
  • Familiar with data analysis methods, able to use data tools to complete indicator monitoring, effect analysis and scheme iteration.
  • Good resilience and adaptability, able to maintain efficient work rhythm and deliver high-quality output in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
