Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cyberjaya for an Implementation Analyst. The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing software implementation projects, ensuring client requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, performing system configurations, analyzing business processes, providing training to end-users, and delivering a seamless implementation experience. The role also requires the identification and resolution of issues during project execution while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and software implementation knowledge to evaluate client requirements and deliver suitable solutions
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to conduct training sessions and assist end-users in understanding systems and processes
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail in resolving implementation issues
• Experience in system implementation, support, or project coordination is an added advantage
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is sufficient
• Relevant certifications in IT or project management will be an added advantage
