Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organization, control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.

1. Verify and process invoices;
2. Ensure proper approvals before processing payments;
3. Handling payment discrepancies and disputes with logistic teams/vendors;
4. Prepare month end accruals journals;
5. Reconciling vendor SOA to prevent discrepancies or missing invoices;
6. Attend to queries from Business Groups and resolve in a timely, responsible and professional manner;
7. Co-ordinate and execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with Business Groups and shared service functional teams to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts;
8. Support audit requests (include external audit and internal audit);
