Role & Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for company license & permit (new application, renewal, additional code & etc) 2. Conserves superior’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents. 3. Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation. 4. Distribution of incoming mails and postage of outgoing mails. 5. Responsible for tender documentation and supporting documents. 6. Manage overall general office administrative including office upkeep & cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, supply of stationeries & related task. 7. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned. Qualification & Requirement : 1. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Office Management. 2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar field. 3. Familiar with renewal of CIDB, MOF, SPAN & other related agencies. 4. Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure. 5. Good attitude with willing to learn, hardworking, trustworthy and cooperative.
