Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Japanese Speaker (N1/N2)
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Japanese Speaker to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to Japanese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese and English
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Support customers with product, service, and account-related concerns
• Maintain customer records and update internal systems
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Requirements:
• Native Japanese Speaker or JLPT N1/N2 Certified
• Good communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
