Are you passionate about customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Waiter / Waitress and be part of a fast-paced and exciting environment where great service matters.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly greet and welcome customers to the establishment
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are properly set up and cleared efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies when needed
• Work closely with the hospitality team to deliver a seamless dining experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
