Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya for a Purchasing & Logistics Executive. The role involves managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The executive will liaise with logistics partners to coordinate shipments and imports, maintain accurate records of purchases, and work towards cost optimization without compromising on quality. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Knowledge of Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Control
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Time Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems, and other inventory management software
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in the engineering or port-related sector is an advantage
