Finance Executive (Full Set of Accounts)

A company based in Subang Jaya and Bangsar is seeking an experienced Sr Finance Executive (GL) to manage full sets of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• To manage debtor collections and ensure AR and AP reconciliation monthly
• To manage and prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters and report to the manager with dateline

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of a full set of accounting
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL/MYOB or other related accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
