The Operations Coordinator (education) manages the end-to-end matching process between students/parents and tutors, serving as the main liaison to secure assignments. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, vetting tutors, coordinating schedules, and managing payments. The role is often remote, requires strong communication skills, and offers flexibility with potential for high earnings through commissions. 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Handling incoming inquiries from parents/students via Whatsapp/phone or online platforms, identifying their specific needs (subjects, budget, schedule).
• Tutor Matching & Selection: Reviewing, shortlisting, and assigning suitable tutors from the database to clients.
• Administrative Management: Processing, confirming, and documenting tuition assignments.
• Financial Administration: Following up on payment status from Clients and managing/tracking payment status.

Requirements

• Flexibility: Often available as a remote, work-from-home position.
