Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via phone, email and live chat
Maintain good relationship with with customer
Maintain high-level service standards
Welcome call centre background, hotline officer, general banking officer, teller and phone banking officer
Requirements:
Degree Holder OR Passed in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE Holde
Call centre background, hotline officer is an advantage
Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2 or HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is an advantage
Good command in English and Mandarin
Shift Duty
