Responsibilities
Reporting to: President of YK Pao Extension Programs and/or Founding Head of YK Pao School Hong Kong
Target Start Date: 1 July 2026
The Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong. The CCA Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the school’s Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) programme, Pao Summer Programs and other extension programs. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a vibrant and engaging student experience that supports the school’s commitment to Whole-Person Education.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the school’s CCA programme
Execute planning, scheduling, and implementation of CCA activities and events
Responsible for the operations and logistics of Pao summer camps and other extension programs
Assist with student enrolment, attendance tracking, parent communication, and programme administration for CCAs and summer programmes
Liaise effectively with students, parents, teachers, coaches, and external providers
Ensure all programme information, schedules, records, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
Support supervision and safeguarding procedures during activities, events, and camps
Assist with logistics, venue arrangements, transportation, catering, materials, and event coordination
Support communication with parents regarding student activities, enrichment programmes, and summer camps
Work closely with academic, operations, admissions, and marketing teams to support school-wide initiatives and events
Contribute ideas to enhance the quality and diversity of the school’s CCA and enrichment offerings
Stay informed about best practices and trends in co-curricular and enrichment programmes at leading international schools in Hong Kong
Provide other support as assigned by the line manager
Candidates Profile / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, international education is preferred.
Strong operational, organisational, and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities
Passionate about education and student development
Warm, energetic, and able to work well with children
Experience with CCA and summer programmes in leading international schools in Hong Kong is a plus
Prior teaching experience or experience working in a school environment is desirable
Experience in coordinating camps, student activities, events, or educational programmes is desirable
Able to work flexibly during selected evenings, weekends, and school holiday programme periods when required
