Responsibilities

• Play an important role in end-to-end execution of transactions, such as IPO, M&A, other capital raising mandates.

• Support senior bankers in sourcing new business opportunities by preparing pitch materials.

• Develop, maintain and analyze sophisticated financial models for potential transactions and client pitches.

• Conduct due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory checks.

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior team members.
  

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of working experience at leading investment banks is highly preferred. Experience with Web3 will be a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a reputable university. A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment banking, and corporate finance principles.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
