Job Responsibilities:

• Client-Facing IT Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage client-facing IT business projects end-to-end, including monitoring government projects, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring fulfillment of external SLAs.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, coordinating server side technical support, maintenance and issue resolution for networks, infrastructure and software.

• Internal IT Operations & Team Guidance

  • Oversee internal IT projects and operations including IT procurement, asset management, budgeting and vendor coordination.

  • Guide teammates to deliver technical support that meets internal SLAs and ensuring seamless operations.

• Process Leadership & Improvement

  • Drive enhancements by developing/refining SOPs, standardizing workflows and analyzing data to boost performance for business projects and internal standards.

  • Provide hands-on input across all duties for operational reporting, audits and compliance.

  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts and variance analyses for IT management and senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• At least 5 years proven leadership experience in IT/data security industry.

• Expertise in sever-side project management, troubleshooting, ITIL, incident management, ISO 27001 and SOP development; Knowledge in Domino Lotus Notes a plus.

• Proven all-round leadership: analytical, proactive and able to manage priorities under pressure while guiding teams.

• SI/vendor experience preferred.
