Job Description

Responsibilities

As the Project Coordinator for Kendo APAC internal creative studio, you will be the driving force behind seamless project execution – from initial briefing to final delivery. You will ensure all creative projects (campaigns, visual merchandising, assets etc.) are well-planned, efficiently managed, and delivered on time while maintaining alignment with brand standards and stakeholder expectations.

Your key stakeholders include the entire Creative & Visual Merchandising team and other function teams like Marketing, PR, Finance, Purchasing and Demand Planning teams, requiring strong collaboration, proactive communication, and problem-solving skills. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Process Management

  • Assist the enhancement of end-to-end project workflow, ensuring clarity and efficiency at every stage (briefing, creative development, feedback, approvals and delivery)

  • Monitor project timeline by tracking milestones and proactively flag out risks or manage delays

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and stakeholder requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors or consultants

  • Ensure clear project briefing, production, installation timelines, engineering specifications, budget management, and prototype approvals

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 3 years of experience creative / VM project management, preferably with knowledge in beauty / fashion brand, and have worked in creative agency or in-house studio

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Knowledge of project management tool is a must

  • Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is preferable

  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows for stakeholders

  • Proactive problem-solver with a calm demeanor under pressure

  • Passion for beauty, creativity, and process excellence

  • Familiarity with creative production (e.g. photo/video shoots, digital assets etc.) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems are advantageous
