Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Lead the overall implementation and on-site coordination of smart construction, AI monitoring systems, and digital platform projects, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.

2. Participate in early-stage technical planning, including requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, system architecture recommendations, and implementation roadmap design.

3. Oversee the full project lifecycle, including:

o On-site deployment coordination

o Technical solution implementation

o Risk identification and mitigation

o Project schedule and cost control

o Phase acceptance and deliverable validation

4. Establish project governance mechanisms, including phase reviews, risk monitoring, performance confirmation, and iterative optimization.

5. Support validation and optimization of AI systems, IoT platforms, and intelligent monitoring solutions under real engineering environments, ensuring readiness for industrialization and commercialization.

6. Assist in business development activities and client technical engagement, including executive-level presentations and strategic discussions.

7. Collaborate closely with internal R&D teams to drive productization, standardization, and scalable replication of technical solutions.

8. Perform other strategic or special assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in smart construction, smart site systems, industrial IoT, AI system integration, or digital engineering projects.

3. Proven experience managing complete project delivery cycles (from requirements to final acceptance); cross-functional coordination experience is preferred.

4. Familiarity with system integration processes; understanding of sensor deployment, data acquisition systems, platform architecture, or AI model applications is an advantage.

5. Strong project management skills with the ability to control schedule, budget, and quality.

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of bridging R&D teams and on-site engineering teams.

7. Results-oriented with strong problem-solving ability, able to drive project implementation in complex site environments.

8. Proficiency in Cantonese (spoken) and English (written and spoken).

9. Must possess valid authorization to work in Hong Kong, including:

o Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)

o IANG visa

o Or other valid long-term employment visa
