此職位主要負責支援直播相關的營運及行政工作,涵蓋產品準備、日程安排、物流協調及售後支援。需要具備良好的組織能力、細心度及溝通技巧,以確保直播流程順暢,並促進團隊、KOL 及合作平台之間的協作
職責
負責準備直播所需的產品材料,並協同團隊整理內容、產品資訊及產品亮點
協助 KOL 與平台安排直播日程,準備貨品清單並保持溝通
處理直播前後的行政工作,包括訂單管理、客戶查詢及即時支援
協調物流與出貨安排,確保準確及時效,並整理售後記錄以持續優化服務流程
管理庫存並適時安排補貨,與採購團隊保持進度溝通
負責樣品管理,包括準備、追蹤及與相關團隊協調,確保及時供應
支援管理層指派的臨時專案
要求
大專或以上學歷(歡迎應屆畢業生申請)
熟悉護膚及化妝產品
熟練操作 MS Office,包括Excel
勤奮、積極主動,具責任心
具備活動計劃能力,工作嚴謹、注重細節,善於分析與解決問題
學習能力強,具備良好應變及溝通技巧,能支援團隊即時操作
具備團隊合作精神及現場應變能力,能持續反饋並優化直播流程
良好的語文撰寫及溝通能力,能促進與合作平台的關係
操流利廣東話、英語及普通話

Job Description:
The Operations & Administrative Executive – Live Team is responsible for supporting livestream operations and ensuring smooth coordination across product preparation, scheduling, logistics, and after-sales support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams, KOLs, and platform partners
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare product materials required for live streaming and collaborate with the team to organize content, product information, and key highlights
Assist KOLs and platforms in scheduling live sessions, prepare product/offer lists, and maintain communication with partners
Handle administrative tasks before and after live events, including order management, customer inquiries, and real-time support
Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining after-sales records to optimize service processes
Manage inventory and arrange replenishment as needed, liaising with the product team to track progress
Oversee sample management, including preparation, tracking, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely availability
Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above (fresh graduates are welcome)
Familiarity with skincare and cosmetic products
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Diligent, proactive, and responsible
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of analysing and solving problems effectively
Quick learner with adaptability and strong communication skills to support real-time team operations
Team-oriented with on-site problem-solving ability, able to provide feedback and continuously improve live operations
Strong writing and communication skills to enhance collaboration with partner platforms
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) to support live streaming activities
