Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily System Support
Handle routine OMS inquiries and support tickets, including account management and basic operational guidance.
Conduct preliminary troubleshooting, escalate complex issues to the manager, and follow up on rectification.
Assist with OMS training delivery, material sorting and post-training tracking.
Maintain global supplier account ledger, coordinate with OMS Provider for daily account maintenance.
2. Data Management
Perform daily OMS/TMS data reconciliation, assist with root cause analysis for discrepancies.
Conduct basic business data analysis, identify abnormal trends and report to the manager.
Assist with business visibility report development, update and distribution.
3. Document & Process Support
Assist with OMS document management, including sorting, archiving and version control of SOPs, project files etc.
Summarize work pain points, propose optimization suggestions, assist with process standardization.
Regularly sort work outcomes and provide structured briefings to the manager.
4. Project Coordination
Assist with OMS implementation and ERP integration project execution, including requirement collection and progress tracking.
Coordinate with global teams for project information synchronization and deliverable follow-up.
Attend project meetings, draft meeting minutes, track action items and manage project documents.
5. Global Stakeholder Collaboration
Conduct daily communication with internal/external partners to ensure smooth information flow.
Assist with global stakeholder engagement, requirement collection and information synchronization.
Attend sync-up meetings and complete meeting minutes drafting.
CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT or related fields.
3-5 years of logistics/supply chain/system support experience; project coordination experience is preferred.
Solid understanding of international freight, PO management and cross-border logistics workflows.
Hands-on OMS/TMS experience; Infor Nexus experience is a strong plus.
Strong data acumen, proficient in Excel/Power BI, with good issue analysis, process sorting and document maintenance capabilities.
Effective cross-cultural communication, proactive, meticulous, accountable with strong ownership and innovative thinking.
Fast learning ability, strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Good English skills; available to attend cross-timezone meetings as required.
