We are looking for a talent to

• Be the kitchen in-charge to manage overall kitchen operations and food productions

• Design new food menu from time to time

• Ensure the cleanliness of work area, equipment, and cold storage areas

• Control food cost in an effective manner

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations

• Work and communicate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure and maintain operations run smoothly

• Partner with Marketing Department to launch seasonal promotion and marketing campaign

Basic requirements

• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience with at least 2 years of kitchen in-charge experience

• Experience on menu design will be an asset

• With Cafe experience and work in Hotel industry is preferred

• Strong sense of kitchen management and food & beverage market trends

• Work Location: Jordan

• Working hours: 9.5 hours per shift
