Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Revenue & Market Growth
  • Drive and exceed revenue targets through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and deal closure.
  • Expand ADA’s footprint in Indonesia by positioning messaging as a growth engine across BFSI, Retail, and Telco.
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Sales Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Business Development Managers and Associates.
  • Set performance goals, coach on strategic selling, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure team accountability, consistent deal momentum, and learning loops.
  • Strategic Solution Selling
  • Engage senior stakeholders with consultative, outcome-driven sales narratives.
  • Understand client needs and position WhatsApp and AI solutions to solve real business problems.
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals and business cases.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work closely with the Solutions team to ensure proposed implementations are feasible and impactful.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and client satisfaction.
  • Bridge commercial strategy with delivery execution for long-term client value.

Engage senior stakeholders with consultative, outcome-driven sales narratives.

Understand client needs and position WhatsApp and AI solutions to solve real business problems.

Develop compelling commercial proposals and business cases.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership

Work closely with the Solutions team to ensure proposed implementations are feasible and impactful.

Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and client satisfaction.

Bridge commercial strategy with delivery execution for long-term client value.

Requirement:

  • 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven success in leading a sales team and achieving revenue growth in Indonesia.
  • Strong track record in solution selling, stakeholder engagement, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, including pre-sales, solutioning, and operations.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, conversational commerce, or AI-powered platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international company or regional team setup is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
