Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Admin based in Sungai Buloh. The Pharmacy Admin will handle various administrative tasks such as managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, supporting pharmacy operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating with pharmacy staff, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including record management and organizational skills.
• Analytical Skills to assess inventory needs, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Basic knowledge of Finance to support billing processes and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
