Responsibilities
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
- Providing customer support to sales team and handling all enquiries via phone call or email
- Assist the sales team in preparing the presentation and related sales materials.
- Liaise closely with internal departments to resolve any issues faced during operation
- Coordinating and preparing of documents such as shipping booking, sales order, and invoices
- Assisting Customer Service Manager in all daily operations and duties
- Attend the sales meeting with the sales manager and prepare the meeting report
- Conduct the market research and prepare a list of potential customer list.
