Responsibilities

• Preparation and development of technical specification and data sheets
• Preparation and confirmation of utilities (electrical/water/effluent) requirement and foundation loading data
• Assist in plot plan development
• Interface and coordinate with other discipline for design development
• Identification and assistance in pre-qualification of potential suppliers and vendors
• Technical evaluation of submission by suppliers and vendors
• Establishing inspection and testing requirements at manufacturing premises
• Follow up and review vendor’s drawings, calculations, material list, testing requirements and etc

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of design experience for package equipment, skid and special equipment such as heaters, pumps, compressors, firefighting equipment, chemical treatments system etc. in oil and gas industry
• Familiar with respective codes of practices for design such as ANSI, ASME, API, DEP/PTS, NFPA
