Key Responsibilities
* Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, confirm reservations, and provide accurate wait times.
* Seating Management: Efficiently seat parties at appropriate tables, managing table turnover.
* Reservations: Handle bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, online, or in-person.
* Coordination: Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow.
* Customer Service: Address guest feedback and issues, ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere.
* Front-of-House: Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and welcoming. Essential Skills & Qualities
* Customer Service: Friendly, welcoming, and patient demeanor.• Communication: Clear and effective verbal skills.
* Organization & Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks and guests simultaneously.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with the service staff.
* Professionalism: Calmness under pressure and a polished appearance.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable).
