Are you passionate about system support, Jira environments, and delivering reliable IT operations? Join our team as a System Engineer and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing critical systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide system analysis, design, and support for enterprise IT applications
• Manage and maintain Atlassian Jira Software Data Centre environments
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support system enhancements and continuous improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical tasks effectively
• Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
• At least 2 years’ experience in: (1) System analysis and design (2) Projects within DSTA, MINDEF, or SAF environments
• Proven experience in supporting or delivering Jira Data Centre solutions
• Strong skills in system analysis and design
• Hands-on experience with Jira Software Data Centre
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• A responsible team player with a commitment to quality delivery
