Responsibilities

Infrastructure System Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Engineer to support, maintain, and optimise our on‑premise and cloud IT infrastructure. This role requires strong hands‑on technical capability, project collaboration, and the ability to ensure secure, stable, and efficient infrastructure operations.


Job Description:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and on‑prem/cloud environments.
  • Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system performance across infrastructure components.
  • Manage VMware/Hyper‑V platforms and support Windows OS and Windows Server Environments.
  • Support AWS/Azure infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
  • Perform system/database setup, patching, backup, DR and automate tasks.
  • Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope
  • Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
  • Set up network switches, perform network checks, and configure IP settings for project devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and IT system issues.
  • Support data migration, integration, monitoring, security and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.
  • Work with services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure or system engineering roles.
  • Experience with backup/recovery, documentation, and supporting tender requirements.
  • Familiarity with certification/key management and common infrastructure services.
  • Bonus skills: SQL, VAPT tools, basic development knowledge, access control systems, failover/ redundancy tech.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong process and documentation discipline.
